Lodging

Participants are responsible for arranging and paying all their travel costs, including lodging. However, a room block has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda for a rate of $233 per night for single occupancy ($258 per night for double occupancy) plus tax. The deadline for room reservations is September 4, 2009. After that date, the hotel cannot guarantee the availability of rooms or the conference rate.

Transportation

Air
The closest airports to the hotel are Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD); however, Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) also serves the Washington, D.C., area.
Rail
The closest train station is Union Station in Washington, D.C. From there you can take a 20-minute metro subway system ride to the Hyatt Regency Bethesda.

Ground

The Metro subway system (http://www.wmata.com/rail/) is accessible to the Hyatt Regency Bethesda from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Taxi service is also available.

Super Shuttle (http://www.supershuttle.com/) provides ground transportation from all three airports to the hotel and can be found in each airport’s baggage claim area.
