Hotel Reservations: Reserve your room at The Renaissance Harborplace Hotel, by completing the registration form. To ensure the reduced rate, please register by Wednesday, March 24. The Renaissance Harborplace Hotel is located in the historic center of Baltimore, within walking distance of many up-scale shops, a variety of restaurants, and with a view of the Baltimore Inner Harbor at 202 East Pratt Street, Baltimore Maryland, U.S.A., Tel: 410-547-1200, Toll Free, 866-226-9330, Fax: 410-783-9676. A block of guest rooms has been arranged at reduced rates of $139 per night, plus applicable local tax of 12.5%. Reservations will be made for you based on the arrival and departure dates provided on your form and confirmation numbers will be forwarded to you by Ms. Gray in early April. Please include a credit card number and expiration for guarantee of your reservation. Check-in time at the Renaissance is 4 p.m. and check-out is 12 noon. Air/Train Travel Reservations: Attendees are responsible for making their own air/train travel arrangements. The closest airport is Baltimore Washington International (BWI) and Baltimore is a major station in the Northeast Corridor, served by frequent Amtrak trains from Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington. Airport and Ground Travel Information: Taxi fare from BWI Airport is approximately $20 and the trip takes about 20 minutes. SuperShuttle (800-258-3826 or 410-859-0800) provides service to the hotel from BWI; arrival reservations are not necessary and fares are approximately $11 one way or $18 round trip. For assistance upon arrival to BWI, proceed to the SuperShuttle Ground Transportation counter, located between carousels 6 and 7, pier C; 24-hour advance notice and reservation is required for the return trip. Parking is available in the self-parking garage located beneath the hotel at $21 per day.
