Carol Stocks

Ms. Stocks is a Program Analyst at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). She provides support and contract oversight to the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project, a Federal-state-industry partnership that produces the largest collection of inpatient, all-payer research data in the United States. Ms. Stocks provides expertise on data policy issues related to privacy and confidentiality of health care data and serves as Privacy Coordinator for AHRQ. She also provides administrative, organizational, and clinical support to the senior staff members who conduct health care research in the Center for Organization and Delivery Studies. Ms. Stocks received her Master of Health Services Administration degree from George Washington University and her B.S.N. degree in nursing from George Mason University. She has extensive clinical experience in the areas of critical care and emergency nursing.
