Participants are responsible for arranging and paying all their travel costs, including lodging. However, a room block has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda for a rate of $226 per night for single occupancy  plus tax. The deadline for room reservations is March 25, 2010. After that date, the hotel cannot guarantee the availability of rooms or the conference rate.

To obtain the conference rate, you can do the following:

• Go online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/CAPR.
• Call Hyatt’s central reservations office at 1-888-421-1442 and reference International Conference on Malignancies in AIDS.

Hotel check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 12:00 noon.

Guest Parking
Valet parking is available to meeting attendees and Marriott guests.  The current cost is $9 per day for both overnight and non-overnight guests.  Parking availability at the hotel is limited.  All available parking options are subject to change due to availability. 

ADA Compliance
The Hyatt Regency Bethesda  is in compliance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have any special needs, please indicate them on the registration page. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Ground Transportation --Airport
The Hyatt Regency Bethesda is located approximately 30 minutes from Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and approximately 50 minutes from both Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI) Airports.

By Taxi:  Taxi fare from Reagan Washington National Airport is approximately $35.00, and from Dulles International and BWI Marshall is $50.00 and $55.00, respectively.

By Metro: The Hyatt Regency Bethesda is located on the red line (Bethesda station) of metro. Participants arriving from Reagan National airport or by bus through Union station may want to consider this ground travel option.
