Meals

Please note that due to federal government regulations, no complimentary food or beverages will be provided during the meeting. There are several places that attendees can purchase food within the Natcher Conference Center:

  • Cafeteria - located on the main level of the Natcher Conference Center (meeting venue).  The cafeteria serves breakfast and lunch and offers soup and a salad bar.  Hours: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
  • Gift Shop - located on main level of Natcher Conference Center serving snacks, prepared sandwiches, and hot/cold beverages. Hours: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Concession Stand –there will be a concession stand located in close proximity to the registration desk. The cart will serve hot beverages, pastries/breakfast breads, and snacks.  Hours:  open during registration and breaks.

Boxed Lunches
Natcher Conference Center’s cafeteria can get very busy during the lunch time. As such, we’d like to encourage attendees to purchase their lunch in advance. These pre-ordered and prepaid meals will be delivered onsite to the Nano Meeting registration desk right before lunch.

To order your lunch, please go directly through the conference catering at: https://eurestconferencecatering.catertrax.com/. Credit cards only. Also please specify when ordering that you are with the "Nano 2013 Meeting" which will be located in the "Auditorium."

NOTE: Boxed lunches must be ordered by COB, Thursday, September 12.

To Pre-order your meals:

  1. Go to the Eurest Conference catering link: https://eurestconferencecatering.catertrax.com/; select the NIH Catering button
  2. If you have an account: Login using your last name & password; If you need an account: You can create an account by clicking on “Need an Account? Click Here” under the customer login on left.

Create your account by entering your:

  • Name
  • Password
  • Contact Information

(This information is secure and can only be accessed by the person with the password for the account)

  1. Click “NIH Catering” ( located above calendar)
  2. Select a menu button option, such as “Lunch Boxes”, or “Breakfast”
  3. Click “Make Selections” button under the menu item you would like to order; make your selections, enter the number of guests, and any special instructions & click the “Order” button
  4. Review order and click “Add More” button to order more items for the same day, or the “Order” button to complete your order for day 1.
  5. Select the date you would like your order delivered on by clicking on the date button on the calendar.
  6. Select “Location :” (Click drop down and ) Select “On Campus Delivery”
  7. Fill out these fields:
    • Building: “45”
    • Contact Phone: __________
    • Room Name/Room #: “Auditorium”
    • Meeting Name: “Nano 2013 Meeting”
    • Event Start Time: 7:30AM
    • Food Delivery Time: 11:15 AM
    • Event End time: 3:00PM
    • Event Clean-up Time: 3:00PM
    • Guest Count: Number of Guests you are ordering for
  1. Click “Continue”
  2. Order Name: you can enter any name you want
  3. You will have an option to “Add Another Order” before Proceeding to Check Out; you can follow steps 5-14 to order your meals for another day. The information entered in step 9 will automatically populate for you.
  4. When you are finished placing orders, select “Payment Method” as “Credit Card”. If you have already entered an online wallet, you will see that option appear, and can click on that option. If not, click “Click here to enter a new credit card”. On the next page, enter your payment information; click “submit Card Payment”
  5. Click continue, now your credit card should also appear with your order. Click “Process Order” and a printable invoice appears (each order will be shown separately); you will also receive an invoice at the e-mail address you provided.
