From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA):
Take George Washington Parkway north to Capital Beltway, I-495 North; then take Exit 38 to I-270 North onto Democracy Boulevard East. Turn left on Old Georgetown Road. Turn right on Executive Boulevard. Turn left on Marinelli Road.
From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD):
Take Dulles Access Road to Capital Beltway, I-495 North; then take Exit 38 to I-270 North onto Democracy Boulevard East. Turn left on Old Georgetown Road. Turn right on Executive Boulevard. Turn left on Marinelli Road.
From Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI):
Take I-95 south to Exit 4B toward Washington, DC. Bear right to merge onto I-495 toward Silver Spring. Merge onto Rockville Pike at Exit 34. Turn left on Marinelli Road.
From Baltimore/Silver Spring (Northeast):
Take I-95 South toward Washington, DC. At I-495 (Capital Beltway), head West toward Silver Spring/Bethesda. From the Beltway, take I-270 North. Take Exit 34 and merge onto Rockville Pike (Route 355). Turn left on Marinelli Road and turn right to the hotel.
From Washington, DC:
Follow I-66 West to I-495 North to I-270 North. Take Exit 1, Democracy Boulevard East. Turn left on Old Georgetown Road. Turn right on Executive Boulevard. Turn left on Marinelli Road and turn left to the hotel.
From Northern Virginia:
Take I-495 North (Capital Beltway) toward Tysons Corner/Baltimore. Follow I-270 North, then take Exit 1, Democracy Boulevard East. Turn left on Old Georgetown Road. Turn right on Executive Boulevard. Turn left on Marinelli Road and turn left to the hotel.
AIRPORTS
The Bethesda North Marriott is located in North Bethesda, MD, approximately 30–45 miles from three major airports. Ronald Reagan Washington National, Washington Dulles International, and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall airports serve the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) :
Taxi fare is about $55 plus tip, and travel time is about 40 minutes, non-rush hour. For Metro travel, take the Yellow Line in the direction of the Mount Vernon Square/7th Street-Convention Center Station to the Gallery Place-Chinatown Station, and transfer to the Red Line in the direction of Shady Grove to the White Flint Station. Travel time is about 45 minutes.
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) :
Taxi fare is about $55 plus tip, and travel time is about 50 minutes, non-rush hour. Metro is not convenient for travel from Dulles.
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) :
Taxi fare is about $75 plus tip, and travel time is about 1 hour, non-rush hour. BWI Airport provides free shuttle service to the train station, where you can take AMTRAK or MARC trains to Union Station in Washington, DC. The train takes about 30 minutes. GROUND TRANSPORTATION
METRO
The hotel is Metro accessible and located approximately 1/3 mile from the White Flint Metro Station. For more information on Metro, please visit http://www.wmata.com/ . The Bethesda North Marriott is located at the White Flint Station on the Red Line. Go up the escalators; once you exit the station (and are at street level), turn right and take the stairs to the underpass of Rockville Pike (Route 355). The hotel is ahead on the right.
Shuttle Service
Super Shuttle provides transportation from all area airports to the Bethesda North Marriott. One-way fares range from $29 to $42; 24-hour advance reservations are required for the return trip by calling (800) 258-3826.
Maryland Shuttle provides the same service as Super Shuttle with more direct service; call (800) 230-0000. Fares range from $24 to $40.
