Setup Time: 7:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m., Wednesday, October 17. All posters must be set up by 9:45 a.m.

Removal Time: No later than 3:30 p.m., Thursday, October 18.

Poster Size: 6 feet wide by 4 feet high. Pushpins will be provided.

Poster Viewing Times: Posters can be viewed throughout the meeting. The official poster session will be held on Wednesday, October 17 between 2:40 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

When you pick up your registration materials onsite, a floor plan will be provided.
