Please note that the most convenient parking garage is located at the Leavey Center, where the all day parking rate is $25. To park at this location, take Entrance 1 off Reservoir Road. When entering the Georgetown Campus (campus map) from Entrance 1 off Reservoir Road, park in the Leavey Center. When exiting the garage, walk toward the Georgetown University Conference Center. The Lombardi Cancer Center is then directly across the street. Just before entering the Lombardi Cancer Center, follow the walkway to the left and continue walking to the end to the Research Building. Enter on the ground floor, proceed forward, then right, going past the elevators to the Research Building Auditorium.

From Washington DC

From Northwest Washington:
Take Wisconsin Ave. south to Reservoir Rd. Turn right.

From Southeast Washington:
Take Pennsylvania Ave. west to Independence Ave. Bear left. Take Independence to 12th St. NW, and turn right. Take 12th St. to K St. and turn left. Follow K St. to Whitehurst Freeway. Turn left onto Canal Rd. Stay in right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.

From Northeast Washington:
Take Rhode Island Ave. west until it feeds into M St. Take M St. to Wisconsin Ave. Turn right onto Wisconsin Ave. Take Wisconsin Ave. to Reservoir Rd. and turn left.

From Latham Hotel
Go West on M street and turn right on Wisconsin Avenue, NW. Turn left onto R Street. Turn left onto 34th street. Turn Right onto Reservoir Road.

From Maryland

From I-270:
Take I-270 south toward Washington. Exit Rte. 355 Wisconsin Ave. south. Take Wisconsin Ave. south to Reservoir Rd. Turn right.

From I-95:
Take I-95 south to I-495 west to Silver Spring. Exit Rte. 355 Wisconsin Ave. south to Washington. Take Wisconsin Ave. south to Reservoir Rd. Turn right.

From Baltimore-Washington Parkway or Rte. 50 westbound:
Take B-W Parkway or Rte. 50 west to New York Ave. Take New York Ave. to L St. Bear right. Turn left on 10th St. NW and then right on K St. Follow K St. to Whitehurst Freeway. Turn left onto Canal Road. Stay in right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.

From Northern Virginia

From I-66 (after 9 a.m.):
Take I-66 East to the Rosslyn-Key Bridge exit. Stay in left lane and follow signs to Key Bridge. Cross Key Bridge and stay in left lane. Turn left onto Canal Road. Stay in right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right onto Reservoir Rd.

From I-395:
Take I-395 North. Exit Washington Blvd. to Rosslyn. Take Washington Blvd. and follow signs to Rosslyn and Key Bridge. Cross Key Bridge. Turn left onto Canal Rd. Stay in right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.

From Rte. 50 eastbound:
Follow Rte. 50 east and take Rosslyn-Key Bridge exit. Follow signs to Key Bridge. Cross Key Bridge and turn left onto Canal Road. Stay in right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.

From George Washington Parkway (after 9 a.m.):
Take the G-W Parkway south. Exit Key Bridge. Cross bridge and turn left onto Canal Rd. Stay in right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.

Public Transportation:
One of the most common routes is the Red Line Metrorail to Dupont Circle. Georgetown University provides free shuttle service (white buses with Georgetown University on the sides) from the Rosslyn and Dupont Metro stations Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:30 am and 11:45 pm. Buses depart every 15 minutes during peak hours of 6:30-9:30am and 3:30- 6:30 pm. At other times, departures occur every 30 minutes. The Rosslyn station is located at 19th and Monroe Streets, and Dupont Circle station is at Massachusetts Avenue and 20th Street. There will be no service to Wisconsin Avenue.

The shuttles will drop you at the far end of the Leavey Conference Center. When exiting the shuttle turn so that you are walking toward the entrance of the Leavey Conference Center (green awning). Just before entering the Lombardi Cancer Center, follow the walkway to the left and continue walking to the end to the Research Building. Enter on the ground floor, proceed forward, then right, going past the elevators to the Research Building Auditorium.

Taxis
Tell the taxi driver to take you to the Georgetown University Medical Center and to enter at Entrance 3.
