Location

The Belleview Biltmore is situated on 21 acres on the highest coastal bluff in Florida. Most major Florida attractions are within a 90-minute drive, and the hotel is just 10 minutes from the white sandy beaches and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The hotel is 20 miles west of the Tampa International Airport and 12 miles northwest of the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport.

Accommodations

The Belleview Biltmore has 292 guest rooms, including 40 suites decorated in Victorian style. All rooms have color cable television, refrigerators, individual air conditioning and heat control, ceiling fans, coffeemakers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, and AT&T long distance service. All rooms are handicap accessible, and nonsmoking rooms are available.

Dining

The Terrace Cafe offers both indoor and outdoor dining with an ambience of warm Victorian embellishments. The chefs use only the finest ingredients from around the world. The cafe serves International cuisine. St. Andrew’s Pub is the perfect place to unwind with friends and enjoy a small meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The Golf Club offers a hearty breakfast that can be enjoyed before hitting the links. The club serves American cuisine for breakfast and lunch.

Recreation/Shopping

Recreational amenities include the Donald Ross-designed championship golf course. There are four red clay, all-weather tennis courts, a spa and fitness center, and indoor-outdoor swimming pools and whirlpools.

The Shops of The Belleview Biltmore include a newsstand, fashion boutique, gift shop, photography studio, florist, and yacht sales office.

The Belleview Biltmore offers many special features and amenities, ranging from complimentary valet parking to complimentary use of the spa and fitness club to free parking.
