| Admission to the
meeting is by advance registration, and the fee must be paid at the time
of registration. The registration fee covers all meeting materials and
meals, including a reception on Thursday, breakfast on Friday and
Saturday, and lunch on Friday. The registration fee is $200 through
March 1, 2001, and $225 as of March 2, 2001. Onsite registrants
will be accommodated on a space-available basis.

| Sleeping rooms
have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero Center, under the
name "NEI Joint Public Affairs Network Meeting." Please refer
to the NEI Joint Public Affairs Network Meeting when requesting your
sleeping room. The rate is $215 for single occupancy and $240 for double
occupancy. The sleeping room cutoff date has been extended to March 1, 2001. The hotel will sell out, so please make your reservations now.
