Participants are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. Guest rooms have been blocked at the Federal Government rate of $153 per night, plus 12% tax, for the nights of March 16 and 17, 2005. For reservations, please contact Hyatt Regency Bethesda reservations by calling (301) 657-1234. Be sure to mention the room block listed under the "Bionanotechnology Workshop." Rooms must be reserved no later than March 1, 2005. Reservations received after the cutoff date will be accepted on a space-available base at the prevailing rate. Check-in is 3:00 p.m., and checkout is 12:00 noon.

Transportation Information |
Washington, DC, is served by three major airports: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport, and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI). You can also take the train to Washington's Union Station. Union Station is located on the Washington area subway's (Metro) Red Line, and Reagan National Airport is located on the Yellow and Blue Lines.

The Hyatt Regency Bethesda is conveniently located at the Bethesda Metro Center on Metro's Red Line.
The Metro is accessible from Reagan National Airport. Take the Blue or Yellow Line to Metro Center; from Metro Center take the Red Line to the Bethesda Metro Station.
From Amtrak's Union Station, take the Red Line to the Bethesda Metro Station.

| Driving Information |
Southbound on I-95: Take I-95 South to I-495 West (Capital Beltway) toward Silver Spring, MD. Follow I-495 to Exit 34 (Bethesda/Wisconsin Avenue/Rockville Pike). Stay in the exit lane and follow signs for Route 355 South (Wisconsin Avenue) toward Bethesda. Stay on Wisconsin Avenue for 2 ½ miles. The Hyatt Regency Bethesda is on the right.
Southbound on 1-270: Take I-270 South toward Washington, DC; stay in the left three lanes to 495 East to Silver Spring. The HOV lane becomes a left lane exit for Bethesda/Route 355 South (Wisconsin Avenue). Stay on Wisconsin Avenue for 2½ miles. The Hyatt Regency Bethesda is on the right.
Northbound from Virginia and other points south: Take I-95 North to I-495 North toward Frederick, MD. At the I-495/I-270 split, bear right onto I-495. Take the second exit (Wisconsin Avenue), Exit 34. Stay on Wisconsin Avenue for 2½ miles. The Hyatt Regency Bethesda is on the right.
Northbound from Washington, DC: Take Wisconsin Avenue north through downtown Bethesda. The Hyatt Regency Bethesda is located on the left at Wisconsin Avenue and Old Georgetown Road.
